Relationship Insights Assessment
The Relationship Insights Assessment is a valuable clinical tool that helps therapists identify behavioral differences, communication patterns, and underlying factors contributing to conflict within relationships. It can be used with couples, families, parent-child relationships, or workplace dynamics to provide objective insight into recurring interpersonal challenges.
The assessment helps clients gain a better understanding of their own behavioral style as well as the perspectives and communication preferences of others. By increasing self-awareness and identifying areas where differences in communication or expectations may lead to misunderstandings, therapists can develop more targeted treatment goals and interventions.
This assessment can be incorporated into treatment planning, psychoeducation, conflict resolution, communication skills training, and relationship counseling. It provides a structured framework for discussing strengths, potential blind spots, and opportunities for healthier interactions, ultimately supporting improved empathy, collaboration, and relationship satisfaction.

Relationship Insights: Comparison Report
When appropriate, a Comparison Assessment can be completed for two individuals, allowing therapists to examine similarities and differences in behavioral styles and identify specific areas that may be contributing to conflict or communication challenges. This information can guide more individualized and effective therapeutic interventions.

Family Relationship Insights Assessment: For Adults
The Family Talk Assessment is a valuable therapeutic tool that helps clinicians identify and understand the behavioral styles of family members, providing insight into how these differences influence communication, relationships, and family dynamics. By increasing awareness of each individual’s natural behavioral tendencies, therapists can help families develop more effective communication strategies, reduce conflict, and strengthen relationships.
Family Talk – Adult Assessment
The Family Talk – Adult Assessment evaluates the behavioral styles of adult family members, recognizing that behavior is shaped by both inherent traits (“nature”) and life experiences (“nurture”). The assessment highlights where behavioral styles are similar and where they differ, offering therapists an objective framework for understanding recurring patterns of misunderstanding or conflict.
Therapists can use the results to:
- Improve communication between spouses, partners, and adult family members.
- Identify behavioral differences that may contribute to conflict or unmet expectations.
- Promote empathy by helping family members better understand one another’s perspectives and communication styles.
- Develop individualized interventions that leverage each person’s strengths while addressing potential areas of friction.
- Support healthier family functioning through behavioral flexibility and improved interpersonal skills.

Family Relationship Insights Assessment: For Young Adults (15 Years+)
The Family Talk – Young Adult Assessment is designed to help therapists understand the behavioral style of adolescents and young adults within the context of the family system. Because younger family members often have behavioral styles that differ significantly from their parents or siblings, these differences can contribute to conflict, communication breakdowns, and misunderstandings.
This assessment provides therapists with valuable insight into how a young person’s natural behavioral tendencies influence their interactions at home, school, and in peer relationships. Understanding these patterns allows therapists to help both the young person and their family develop more effective communication strategies while fostering mutual understanding and respect.
The assessment can be used to:
- Strengthen parent-child and sibling relationships.
- Reduce family conflict by identifying behavioral differences rather than viewing them as intentional defiance or resistance.
- Help young people develop greater self-awareness of their strengths, communication style, and coping strategies.
- Support emotional, social, and academic development by aligning interventions with the individual’s natural behavioral tendencies.
- Guide treatment planning for family therapy, individual therapy, and parent coaching.
Behavioral research consistently suggests that individuals who understand their own strengths, challenges, and behavioral preferences are better equipped to adapt to the demands of their environment. By incorporating the Family Talk Assessment into therapy, clinicians can facilitate meaningful conversations that improve family relationships, increase empathy, and build practical skills for healthier communication and long-term relational success.

12 Driving Forces Assessment
The 12 Driving Forces® Assessment is a powerful tool for mental health practitioners seeking deeper insight into what motivates their clients and influences their decisions, goals, and priorities.
While many assessments focus on how a person behaves, the 12 Driving Forces® Assessment explores why they do what they do. Understanding a client’s internal motivators can provide valuable context for their choices, relationships, career goals, personal growth, and overall sense of fulfillment.
Based on the foundational work of psychologist Eduard Spranger and expanded through the research of TTI Success Insights®, this assessment examines the internal drivers that shape how individuals view opportunities, respond to their environment, and pursue what matters most to them.
By exploring six motivational dimensions, Knowledge, Utility, Surroundings, Others, Power, and Methodologies, the assessment identifies the unique combination of driving forces that influence a person’s perspective and approach to life.

Career Planning Insights Report
The Career Insights Assessment is a valuable tool that helps therapists support clients in exploring career satisfaction, professional development, and workplace functioning. By identifying a client’s natural behavioral style, communication preferences, professional needs, strengths, and potential limitations, therapists can help clients gain greater self-awareness and make more informed career decisions.
This assessment is particularly beneficial for clients experiencing career dissatisfaction, workplace conflict, occupational stress, career transitions, or difficulty identifying a career path that aligns with their strengths. The results can be integrated into treatment planning, career counseling, executive functioning interventions, and coaching to improve confidence, job performance, and overall occupational well-being.
The assessment provides insight into how clients naturally:
- Respond to problems and challenges.
- Influence and communicate with others.
- Adapt to the pace and demands of their environment.
- Respond to structure, rules, and procedures.
Rather than measuring skills or intelligence, the assessment evaluates an individual’s behavioral style—how they naturally approach work and interact with others. Therapists can use this information to help clients understand how their behavioral tendencies contribute to workplace success, job satisfaction, interpersonal relationships, and career-related stress.
Additionally, the assessment highlights how well a client’s behavioral style aligns with their current role and identifies work environments or career paths that may be a better fit. This information can facilitate meaningful discussions around career planning, vocational goals, workplace accommodations, leadership development, and long-term professional fulfillment.

Communicating with Style Report
The Communicating with Style Report is a practical resource for mental health practitioners who want to help clients better understand their communication patterns, behavioral tendencies, and interpersonal interactions.
Effective communication is at the foundation of healthy relationships, successful collaboration, and personal growth. This assessment provides insight into how individuals naturally communicate, respond to situations, and interact with others, helping practitioners facilitate deeper self-awareness and more productive conversations with clients.
Based on behavioral science, the Communicating with Style Report explores how a person’s natural behavioral style influences the way they approach challenges, express ideas, build relationships, and navigate different environments. Rather than evaluating abilities or personality as “right” or “wrong,” the assessment highlights behavioral preferences, strengths, and opportunities for growth.
